2. Service separator for displays with a power of 220W is designed to separate glass / touch
screens from the LCD display in mobile devices, i.e. phones, smartphones, tablets.
3. The heater heats the screen and display connected with OCA / LOCA UV glue (in practice,
the temperature of 80-100C is sufficient) and then, using a very thin molybdenum wire (also
available from us), the glued elements are cut. In the next step, a new touch screen (digitizer)
is glued to the working LCD display with the use of LOCA UV glue (also available from us).
4. The LCD heater is a very accurate device that keeps the temperature at a precisely set value.
It uses a precise PID temperature controller. The upper heating part is made of a thick and precisely
made aluminum plate. As a result, the temperature is evenly distributed over its surface. After LOCA
glue is heated to a temperature of about 80-100C, its structure softens. At this point, the touch screen
can be separated from the display using molybdenum wire.
