If your new battery exhibits the following issues, it indicates a "false battery level" problem. Normally, after completing 5 full charge-discharge cycles, the standby time will return to normal. Should the problem persist, please contact us.
Symptoms of False Battery Level (New Battery):
1. Fake full charge: Charging quickly reaches 100%, but the percentage drops 2%–8% right after unplugging the charger. Or it stays stuck at 95%–99% and never hits full.
2. Sudden battery drain: Battery percentage drops steadily at first, then plummets sharply between 20%–40%, even leading to an abrupt shutdown.
3. Battery level recovers after reboot: The device powers off due to low battery, yet the shown percentage rises noticeably after restarting.
4. Stuck battery percentage: The level stays fixed at a certain value (e.g. 60%/70%) for a long time, then drops rapidly once past that point.
5. Works fine on light load, fails on heavy load: Stable battery level during standby, browsing or chatting; sharp drain or shutdown when using camera, games, fast charging or high screen brightness.
6. Unstable battery life: Battery duration varies greatly under the same usage habits.
7. Worsens in low temperature: Sudden power-off and level jumping become more obvious in cold environments.
8. Fast charging at first, extremely slow later: Charges quickly from 0% to 80%, then barely progresses afterwards.
9. Repeated low-battery alerts: Low battery reminder pops up soon after you disconnect the charger.
